Bright Finance Today is not a lender, bank, credit union, mortgage broker, loan servicer, or credit repair organization. Nothing here is an offer to lend, a pre-approval, a quote, or financial advice.

2. Lending Disclaimer

We do not make loans, arrange loans, or service loans, and we are not licensed to do so. We do not guarantee approval, eligibility, a rate, or an APR, and we cannot improve your credit. The figures on this site are illustrative examples used to explain how borrowing math works — not offers. Actual rates, fees, terms, and approvals depend on the lender, your credit profile, your income, your state, and the date. Available products and consumer protections vary by state. Before you sign anything, confirm the terms in writing with the lender and consider speaking with a licensed financial advisor or a nonprofit counselor (for example, a NFCC-member agency or a HUD-approved housing counselor).

3. We Never Ask You to Pay Us

Bright Finance Today does not collect payments, application fees, or “processing” fees from readers, and we will never ask for your bank details, card numbers, Social Security number, or a payment to receive a loan. Anyone who does that in our name is not us. Legitimate advance-fee lending is illegal in the United States.

4. Affiliate Disclosure & IP

We earn commissions through affiliate programs and display advertising when you visit a lender or open a product through links on our site — at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change what we recommend and never change a score. All content and guides are our exclusive intellectual property. Personal use welcome; commercial reproduction requires written consent.

5. User Rules & Disclaimers

Use the site lawfully. Don’t scrape, hack, or copy content without permission. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” — NO WARRANTIES.
